when I was asked what qualities I valued,

 I responded bravery and resilience were the two qualities I could ever hope to have. 

And I’m thinking going through a lot of hard circumstances these past few years was definitely God’s little way of answering my wish. 

Not saying I have the marketcorner of human suffering or anything, but I think my heart wouldn’t have to be courageous or strong if everything went my way and life was not challenging in some form. So, yes, I’m not going to  complain about the challenges, but simply accept them as opportunities to grow courageous and fight through it.
